Peggy Creten worked for many years as a guidance counselor in a K-8 elementary school.  Her books are based on her own experiences listening to students share their problems and guiding them toward solutions.  Peggy hopes her stories will encourage valuable discussions between children and parents, teachers or counselors. 

Melanie Regier Koop has been illustrating children's books since 2012.  Born and raised on a farm in rural Kansas, Melanie draws inspiration from the countryside and the animal friends she loved as a child.
